Eaglecrest Golf Club remakes itself into a movie theatre for an evening Friday as Beach Flicks returns for its fifth installment at the resort club.
The feature film is Boy Choir, an uplifting, coming-of-age film starring Dustin Hoffman and newcomer Garrett Wareing, who portrays an 11-year-old sent to the American Boychoir Academy after his mother is killed in an auto accident.
Ticket for the film are $6. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the show starts at 7. For dinner reservations at Talons at Eaglecrest, call 250-752-6311.
