The Envision Financial in the Park Series presents the Night of Thanks on Saturday, Aug. 22 at Mill Lake on the Kariton Art Gallery stage (2387 Ware St.).
Big City Soul starts the event from 4 to 5:30 p.m. with a powerhouse pack of nine musicians presenting their tableau of dance and show tunes.
Horizon performs from 6 to 7:30 p.m. with their blend of rock, blues, gospel and pop played by eight highly experienced musicians.
Prior to the concert, the Meet Abbotsford Arts Fair starts at 2 p.m., bringing local arts groups, free popcorn, and face painting to the park.
Also as part of the fair, the Kariton Art Gallery opens a new show featuring the Abbotsford Photo Arts Club, and Pam MacGregor provides her popular specialty cookies for free.
