Okanagan School of the Arts launching first exhibit of 2020

On Wednesday the Okanagan School of the Arts (OSA) will launch it’s first exhibit of 2020.

The OSA explained in a release that the show, Abstracted Ideas, is a showcase of work that does not attempt to accurately depict visual reality, but instead use shapes, colours and forms to achieve this effect.

“We’ve had an outstanding response to this call,” said OSA executive director, Kim Palmer. “The work we’ve received is incredibly colourful and vibrant – I’m confident that visitors will be delighted by this beautiful and memorable exhibit.”

The show launches on Feb. 19 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be served at the opening, and everyone is welcome.
