Open auditions for The Vagina Monologues are being held Sunday, March 2 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Main Artery, 4969 Argyle St., uptown Port Alberni.
Producers are looking for 18-22 women to perform on Saturday, March 29 at 8 p.m. at the Capitol Theatre. There are only four rehearsals and a variety of interesting monologues.
Please call Main Artery for an appointment time for a cold read. Actors do not need to have any stage experience.
This is an Art Matters Society and Main Artery production.
This benefit showing will donate funds to A.C.A.W.S. and to projects to end violence against women and girls.
Tickets will be $15 in advance or $20 at the door.
