The Pearl Ellis Gallery welcomes spring with the Monday Bunch Spring Art Show and Sale.
The show opens Tuesday, March 14 and runs to April 1. The reception is Saturday, March 18 from 1-4 p.m. Refreshments will be provided. Patrons will be able to meet the artists.
During the show there will be an exhibiting artist in attendance daily, who will provide visitors with any information they may require. There is no charge to visit the gallery.
The Monday Brunch group meets Monday mornings from September to May at the Lion’s Den from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., below the Pearl Ellis Gallery. If you have ever thought that you would like to take up painting as a hobby, drop in and see the artists at work.
The members paint in a variety of mediums, ranging from acrylics, oils, watercolours and scratchboard. They are non-competitive, there is no instructor, but they provide friendly support and gain inspiration from each other and a variety of other sources.
They always welcome new members, and have this yearly show at the Pearl Ellis Gallery to show their works of art.
