Princess Margaret Secondary presents Children’s Winter Carnival

The leadership class is hosting the event from 12:30 to 4 p.m.

The leadership class with Princess Margaret Secondary School is hosting a Children’s Winter Carnival on Dec. 14.

The event runs from 12:30 to 4 p.m. at the school, located at 120 Green Ave W., and is for kids in kindergarten to Grade 6.

Attendees can try out the inflatable obstacle course and other games, participate in crafting sessions, get their faces painted and more.

Boston Pizza is the event sponsor and admission is by donation, with proceeds going to the Maggie Christmas hampers that help students in need.

Kids can also get their photos with Santa and play in a snowball fight, and there will be a bake sale for those with a sweet tooth.

Miss Penticton and her princesses are also expected at the carnival for a meet-and-greet.
