Vic Duffhues of JoVic Pottery gets ready to take raku vases out of the kiln at his Shell Beach Road studio Sept. 29. Duffhues and his wife Jo offered raku firing demonstrations and studio tours throughout the weekend as part of Culture Days, a free annual event designed to give people an opportunity to celebrate and explore arts and culture in their community.
