Rockin’ River campsites available to public

Rockin’ River Music Festival is going forward at Mission Raceway Park this August and reserved camping for the two-day country music shindig is now available.

Rockin’ River Music Festival is going forward at Mission Raceway Park this August and reserved camping for the two-day country music shindig is now available.

Reserved camping at Mission Raceway (www.missionracewaypark.com) are being sold first to those who already hold tickets for the two-day festival, and will be available to the general public Monday, June 13 online at www.rockinriver.com.

“Mission Raceway Park is a great venue for the Rockin’ River Music Festival,” organizer and performer Kenny Hess said. “We look forward to working with our community partners in putting on a bigger and better show than last year.”

Rockin’ River has announced recording artists Sawyer Brown, Lonestar, Rick Tippe, Chad Brownlee, who will perform Friday, Aug. 12; while Travis Tritt, Julian Austin, Hess, Brent Lee, Emily Taylor Adams and Steel Toed Boots will perform Saturday, Aug. 13.

“The lineup for this year’s festival is really impressive,” said Hess. “These acts are some of country’s best stage performers and they will not disappoint this summer.”

Rockin’ River Music Festival reserved and general-admission tickets, as well as reserved camping, can now be purchased online at rockinriver.com.
