The Save The Walbran Tour is shaping up to be the first big music event of the summer, and it comes to Cumberland on Friday.
The Save The Walbran Musical Tour is a non-profit music event drawing together some of B.C.’s most exciting musical acts, and most dedicated environmental organizations, in a collaborative drive to save the Walbran Ancient Forest and protect the final remnants of old growth forest remaining on the B.C. coast.
On Friday, June 3, the Waverley Hotel will host speakers, artists, grassroots and community organizations, and of course some of the most inspiring musicians to keep Canadians dancing through these northern forests.
Musical performers for the Cumberland tour stop include Mat the Alien, Downtown Mischief and Bousada.
$20 admission.
Music starts at 9:30.
