This year’s Charles Dickens Christmas Craft Faire featured artist creates pieces that are vivid, organic and filled with colour.

Jennifer Scott grew up in Maple Ridge, where her artistic ideas were nurtured from a young age. She attended Vancouver Island University, where she completed her Visual Arts Diploma.

Inspired by nature and the world around her, Jennifer produces work that is imaginative and bold.

Come see this talented artist and many more artists and crafters at the Faire. The Dickens Faire runs Friday at the Florence Filberg Centre in Courtenay from 3 to 8 p.m. Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Faire will feature daily draw prizes, tickets free with admission, including a chance to win one of five $100 Quality Foods gift certificates. Admission is $2; children get in free.

The concession is in the Evergreen Seniors Lounge on the lower level. An ATM machine is on site.
