Nov. 11 — Canadian rock royalty, The Trews, bring their Time Capsule tour to the Mule Nightclub.

Nov. 11 — The South Okanagan Concert Society presents this season’s first concert, Quartango four passionate tango musicians, plus two tango dancers at 7:30 p.m. at Venables Theatre in Oliver. Tickets have an online incentive price available until Nov. 10 for $16.15.

Nov. 15 — MAMMA MIA! brings the farewell tour to the South Okanagan Events Centre.

Nov. 17 — Bryan Adams brings The Get Up tour to the South Okanagan Events Centre.

Nov. 23 — The Sicilian Jazz Project combines contemporary with Sicilian Folk at St. Saviour’s Anglican Church. Tickets $25 available at the Leir House. $20 for Arts Council members.

Nov. 24 — Celtic Thunder return to the South Okanagan Events Centre.

Nov. 24 — Everything Fitz, an Ontario family fiddle and dance band comes to the Osoyoos Community Theatre. Tickets $23 in advance and $25 at the door.

Dec. 4 — Ken Lavigne’s Christmas Musical Roadshow comes to the Frank Venable’s Theatre in Oliver.

Events

Nov. 11 to 13 — Second World War drama Waiting for The Parade appears at The Cawston Community Hall on Friday Nov. 11 and 12 at 7:30 p.m. Sunday Matinee is Nov. 13th at 2 p.m. Tickets are $12 at Cawston Marketplace and Similkameen Agencies in Keremeos.

Nov. 16 — The Okanagan Writer’s League  (OWL) is hosting a meeting of writers, publishers, editors and illustratiors in the South Okanagan area at the Shatford Centre. $2 drop-in fee.

Nov. 19 — Get your disco ball dusted off for a night of groovy tunes and groovier people at Disco is for Dancing hosted by the Elite Restaurant. Tickets $10 available at Tiger Alley or the Elite.

Nov. 19 — The 2016 SnowBall supporting several of the community’s non-profits and charities takes place at the Penticton Lakeside Resort.

Nov. 20 — The 2016 Shaw TV Share-a-Smile Telethon is live on Shaw to benefit the OSNS Child Development Centre.

Dec. 1 to 4 — First Chair Festival at Mt. Baldy Enjoy Firehall Brewery beer sampling and a film premiere! Tons of prizes to give away, including special goodies set aside for those who dress up like it’s 1968.

Dec. 4 — Army of Sass presents The Grinch at the Barking Parrot. Tickets $20 in advance $25 at the door.
