Locally-based Thunder Boyz Productions Inc. (TBPI) is holding its inaugural pre-screening party for season two of its televised wilderness  fishing and hunting documentary series Trigger Effect.

The party, which is to become an annual event, takes place  Saturday, June 21 from 3 to 8 p.m. at the Falkland Community Hall on Highway 97 in Falkland.

TBPI staff and Trigger Effect co-hosts Dean Trumbley and Gary Ducommun will be in attendance to meet and greet participants. The highlight of the evening will be the showing of three episodes from season two of Trigger Effect prior to its Canada-wide airing on Wild TV.

Trumbley, a registered biologist, and Ducommun, a Métis traditionalist fisherman hunter and forager,  will provide some behind-the-scenes information and answer any questions from the party participants.

“All proceeds raised at this event will be donated to the local fish and game clubs to help promote conservation, wildlife/fish management and British Columbia’s amazing outdoors,” said Trumbley, adding,  “There will also be door prizes, draws, 50/50, refreshments/snacks and TV show merchandise available.

“Prizes have graciously been donated by TBPI, Nikon Canada, PrairieShot Score Ammunition, Westside Stores, Schmeisser Archery, Brand Alliance, Bone Beer, Trigger Effect TV show, Sasquatch Fabrications, Wild TV and many more.”

TBPI is a Canadian Aboriginal company owned by Trumbley, Ducommun and taxidermist/guide Kent Michie, which produces the TV show Trigger Effect and also various hunting and fishing DVD series. It also has other side business  ventures in the outdoor industry.

The producers say they create a well rounded dynamic to produce quality entertainment for outdoor enthusiasts, hunters, fishermen and any other persons who respect and enjoy nature.

Season two of Trigger Effect features outdoor adventures from Canada, New Zealand and the U.S.
