Hospital Auxiliary has very rewarding year

The Arrow Lakes Hospital Auxiliary has had a busy year. A number of fund raising events allowed the Auxiliary to make some large purchases for the Arrow Lakes Hospital. The fund raising events included the Hospital Day Tea in May, Quilt Raffle, Cookie Caper and Christmas Raffle. The equipment purchased included a Blood Gas Analyzer which cost $13,816.32 and several television sets and mattresses for a total of $7,973.27. The Hospital Gift Shop is also doing well, as is the Thrift Shop which continues to get the support of the community and the donated work of Auxiliary volunteers.
