It’s a role you can really sink your teeth into.
Surrey-based Royal Canadian Theatre Company has issued an urgent casting call for Dracula, its imminent fall production.
The play is currently in rehearsal, but an actor has had to back out due to scheduling conflicts. The show – a Victorian Steampunk version – will run most of October in Surrey, Vancouver, and Maple Ridge, according to director Ellie King.
The production is looking to fill the role of Jonathan Harker, a solicitor and vampire-hunter. A 20-to 30-year-old male is needed, preferably someone less than six feet tall and who can perform a British accent.
