Cloverdale’s merry band of golden aged entertainers Susie Francis and The Versatiles have another busy Christmas calendar planned, with upcoming shows across the region.

The troupe features performers in their 60s to their 90s, and specializes in musical comedy revues that appeal to a wide range of audiences, as their list of gigs demonstrates.

This Friday, they’re doing a 45-minute performance at Chantrell Creek Elementary. Other dates include Dec. 9 at the Maple Ridge Legion, Dec. 13 at the Weatherby Pavillion at Peace Arch Hospital, Dec. 14 at the Cloverdale Recreation Centre as part of a Christmas party for seniors.

And on Dec. 20, the Versatiles bring their old-fashioned blend of humour, music and melody to Brookswood Seniors Centre in Langley.
