Vancouver Island Opera’s (VIO) last recital this season will take place this Sunday, with all things Mozart.

Donald currently serves as the choir director at St. Stephen’s United Church.

Tenor Hugh Sinnott is also set to perform, involved in opera for many years including 13 years with the Pacific Opera Victoria.

Members of the string quartet, Calvin Dyck,Vanessa Blais-Temblay, Manti Poon and Brian Mix each have their own success stories and are all accomplished Canadian musicians.

The recital takes place Sunday, May 15 at 3 p.m. at the McMillan Arts Centre in Parksville (formerly the Oceanside Arts Council). Tickets are $20 available at the door and refreshments are included.
