he Sigouins should be owners of a fine new Robert Bateman original. The family came early and stayed all day awaiting the opening of the Peninsula Gallery’s 25th anniversary show.
“My parents are trying to buy a new Robert Bateman original,” explained Dustin Sigouin, who did homework while taking his turn waiting.
“Because he’s such a famous artist they wanted to make sure,” added friend Jade Duong.
Bateman created a piece just for the 25th anniversary show.
The kids didn’t mind taking their turn in the breezy walkway on Beacon Ave.
“It was a good excuse to come to the Island,” Duong said.
