Japanese cyclist stops in Ladysmith

Ryo Ambe, 30, of Japan, stopped in Ladysmith Sunday on the final stretch of his 7900+ km cycling tour across Canada to thank citizens for the support Japan received after the massive earthquake and tsunami that hit March 11, 2011. Ambe’s journey began in Halifax in May and ended Sunday in Victoria.
