South Surrey Recreation Centre’s Intergenerational Garden has enjoyed several days of pampering and planting by volunteers and staff to prepare for our garden programs and visits.
If your school is exploring gardening, perhaps suggest a visit to enjoy our therapeutic garden. Daily visits from the hummingbirds, bunnies and friendly insects are a special reminder of how lucky we are to be a part of nature.
We are having our first Intergenerational Tea Time in the garden on Saturday, June 1 from 1-3 p.m. Enjoy refreshments and activities in a relaxing garden environment.
Registration is required. Call 604-592-6970 for information.
