The winner of the best decorated booth at the Clearwater Health, Arts and Wellness Expo, held Feb. 4, was the brightly coloured Valentines Day theme exhibit of sisters Margaret Houben and Sylvia Boyd. The pair won a free booth at the 2013 Expo, and say they are already planning for that event.
