A hundred CNC Quesnel students accepted their parchment at this year’s Convocation ceremony June 10 in the CNC/UNBC atrium.

Graduates from a number of college programs attended

the ceremony, where they received their certificates or diplomas.

Program areas included Adult Graduation Diploma, Carpentry Foundation, Community and School Support Worker Certificate, Electrical Foundation, Health Care Assistant Certificate, Millwright/Machinist Foundation, Power Engineering (4th Class), Social Service Worker Diploma and Welding Foundation.

“These students have worked extremely hard to get here, and we are very proud to see them cross the stage,” said CNC President, Henry Reiser.

“Friday’s ceremony was a great opportunity to celebrate their success in front of their friends, families and fellow classmates.”

Another highlight of the convocation was the handing out of the awards.
