A B.C. HACCP food safety management workshop will take place in Kelowna on Nov. 2 at the regional district headquarters, 1450 KLO Rd.
This food safety planning workshop may be of interest to farms and other businesses considering, or already involved in, food processing. The workshops are a valuable education tool for owners and employees.
The workshop begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m. Registration cost is $20 which includes lunch.
All individuals participating in the workshop receive a Record of Participation. Each business represented at the workshop receives a free waterproof food thermometer.
