A group of volunteers and residents are working on a new project to create a vegetable and flower garden behind the building at Santa Rosa Place in Mission.

Global Landscaping delivered bark mulch and top soil to the site last week.

The Women’s Resource Society of the Fraser Valley would like to extend  a big thank you to Global Landscaping, driver Gerry and our gardeners Vicki, Colleen, Maria and Denise. They have been working on the garden for the past six weeks and with the addition of this donation it is beginning to take shape.

Santa Rosa Place is a 12 unit, second stage transitional housing project of the WRSFV. The apartment building is located in Mission and houses women and their children from both Mission and Abbotsford.
