Maureen Isaak feels blessed with her nine grandchildren, five of which are granddaughters. For the past five years she has organized a granddaughters’ tea where she celebrates, along with her granddaughters, their very special place in her heart. This year, Maureen invited the five granddaughters to Quesnel Bakery where the girls were pampered and served by the staff. Grandma had also organized five extraordinary broaches, all with a heart motif, one for each girl. Each broach had special meaning for Maureen and she helped the girls attach them to their fancy dresses. From the youngest at nine years old, to the oldest in her mid-teens, Maureen’s granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed their unique granddaughters’ tea.
