The Family Literacy event went extremely well this year.
The cadets and the Golden Secondary Leadership group were a great help in setting things up, running stations and cleaning things up.
There were about 130 people who attended and they seemed to enjoy the stations available such as skipping, karaoke, playing games, and making cookies.
These are things that families can do at home with their children to improve literacy skills and most importantly have fun with.
