During the past three years the Festival of Trees in Mission has provided 54 decorated Christmas trees to the Mission Christmas Bureau to distribute to families and seniors in our community.
The event has also raised more than $3,600, hundreds of pounds of non-perishable food items, and many gifts. The number of volunteers who have helped out over the three years totals 117, and all the entertainers have donated their time and talent.
The fourth annual Festival of Trees and dramatic reading of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol takes place Dec. 6–10 at All Saints Anglican Church Hall.
