Do you have someone on your Christmas list that just doesn’t want or need anything? Treat them to an afternoon Christmas High Tea at the museum! Indulge in decadent desserts and delicate finger sandwiches, sip teas from our eclectic array of tea cups, while enjoying good conversation.

The afternoon program includes a sing-along to old favourites with Sally Evans and Molly Boyd, draw prizes and a silent auction. Do your Christmas shopping as well, and receive 20 per cent off in the museum’s gift shop. While you’re in the gift shop, pick up the 2017 fundraising calendar full of historic black and white photos, and checkout our new clock face bead, as part of the beadtrails.

Everyone is encouraged to wear a hat, with a prize awarded for the best hat.The Christmas High Tea is Nov. 26 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Greater Vernon Museum & Archives.
