Nanoose Bay decked out with gift items

Proceeds at shopping event to help non-profit Nanoose Community Cupboard

All Decked Out Family Local Shopping Event is a cheery spot to do your holiday shopping – clothing, dolls, jewelry, art, dog treats and a whole lot more. This event has gathered many Vancouver Island businesses, artists and crafters under one roof.

It happens Saturday,  Nov. 24 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m at Nanoose Place, at 2925 Northwest Bay Rd. There is something for everyone with price ranges that won’t break the bank.

Admission is a minimum $2, which gets you a raffle ticket for an amazing gift basket which will be on display. The more you donate at the door, the more raffle tickets you get to enter.  All proceeds from tickets donations will go to Nanoose Community Cupboard (NCC is a non-profit group who help families and individuals in need all year long).

Another way to raise money for NCC this year is a photo booth by Lisa Haupt of End of the Road Photography. Two high resolution photos for a mere $8 and $3 of that will be going to Nanoose Community Cupboard. Festive, live music will be playing with Kelly Girvan and Reid Williams and tasty homemade soups and sandwiches are available all day.
