There’s another new store in town: the Barriere Thrift Store at 4480 Barriere Town Road (next to the IDA).  Owner Karen McCrae, who is also the owner of the Clearwater Thrift Store, says she has now expanded her business to Barriere.  The store features clothing and accessories, and is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Saturday.  McCrae says that every day of the week two sales will be featured, which will repeat every week; for instance, Fridays offer 30 per cent off shoes, as well as a discount on all items with a yellow tag.
