There are still some openings for the foundations courses in construction and mechanical at the NorKam Trades and Technology Centre.
Sheryl Lindquist, Kamloops-Thompson school district principal for secondary transitions, said the two programs begin on Sept. 8.
Interested students should call their school and speak with the trades and technology co-ordinator there.
