Or, on Aug. 24, come with us to Bowen Island. This trip to beautiful Bowen Island has been added due to the extreme popularity.

The Get Up & Go! program offers an appropriate entry level exercise program for seniors with balance and mobility impairments who would otherwise be unable to attend a community-based exercise class.
It is a safe exercise program specially designed to improve strength, balance and coordination as well as functional ability, independence and quality of life.
A first-time-registrants subsidy is available with a referral from Fraser Health Fall and Injury Prevention. Call or email for referral at 604-587-7850 (local 764846), or email fallsprevention@fraserhealth.ca, then call 604-541-2199 to register for this program #20901 which begins Sept. 21.
