Relief for chronic pain sufferers

A free six-session workshop is being offered for those who are living with chronic pain.

The workshops take place every Monday, starting Oct. 17 until Nov. 21, 9:30 a.m. to noon, at the Glenmeadows residential development, 615 Glenmeadows Rd., in Glenmore.

The Chronic Pain Self-Management Program helps people living with chronic pain and their caregivers to better manage symptoms and activities of daily life. Participants receive the “Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Pain” companion book and the “Moving Easy” CD.
