Sicamous Mayor Darrell Trouton presents resident Cynthia Rokosh Rabbitt with an award recognizing her dedication to health and fitness. Rokosh has used the exercise equipment for two-hours a day, almost every day since it was installed in Finlayson Park. Diagnosed with cancer in 2005, Rabbitt says the outdoor workouts have helped boost her immune system and mental health.
