Retirement readiness key to boomers

This is the year when the first wave of Canada’s  baby boomer generation turns 65, and chances are that retirement is one of the main things on their minds – but it’s also something pre-retirees should be thinking about, too.

Health is one thing you can focus on now. In fact, good health was selected as the best outcome for retirement by 28 per cent of Canadians about to turn 65, in a recent RBC RRSP Poll.

Keeping finances in good shape can also contribute to good health, by reducing or eliminating money-related stress.
