Regent Christian Academy students help staff, Surrey Coun. Marvin Hunt, Alex Palmer, Steve Witmer and Rob Buzza kick off the ground breaking ceremony to build a new performing arts and technology centre at the school.
The 3,200 sq.-ft. project is expected to be completed by September 2013.
