Learn how to reduce pain and improve your overall quality of life in our Joint Works Arthritis Exercise Program starting Jan. 7.
You will be led through a series of progressive exercises that will improve your mobility and increase muscle, ligament and bone strength.
Joint Works is a program developed by the Arthritis Society and is conducted by a certified instructor.

Learn new tricks and expand your project repertoire at the Peninsula Woodcarvers activity group that meets at Semiahmoo Secondary woodshop on Tuesdays, 7-9 p.m.
