The annual Bridge Luncheon is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 30, from 12:30-4 p.m. – doors open at noon.

This brisk activity is for experienced Nordic walkers who can cover five kilometers in one hour. Beautiful fall foliage can be seen on these local walks: 11 a.m. till noon, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

• Silver Blades is back for the 50+ crowd at Centennial Arena.

Lace up your skates every Wednesday and Friday, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Skate and helmet rentals are available. Call the info line, 604-541-2171, for additional skate times.
