Sandra Dutt’s photograph ‘sLOVEnia’ won her a runner-up prize at the BC Culture Days Black Press ‘I ♥ Culture’ photo contest.
The Surrey woman was one of 134 people from across the province who entered the contest.
Just under 24,000 votes were cast. Dutt won a $50 Safeway gift card.
