Time is running out to reserve your seat for the Evergreen Club’s Spring Fever Fashion Show.
The show itself is Wednesday, May 28 in the Conference Hall at the Florence Filberg Centre, but tickets are only available until Friday, May 23, due to catering confirmations.
Doors will open at 11 a.m., the lunch, complete with a strawberry shortcake dessert, goes at noon and the fashion show, featuring the fashions of the clothing store Roxanne, will begin at 1 p.m.
“A spring fashion show is the perfect way to celebrate living in a smaller community and socializing with other familiar faces,” said Fashion show organizer Lee MacIsaac. “This was the first fashion show I have organized and it’s been such a joy meeting and working with the models. And Val from Roxanne’s is such a pro!”
There will also be a chance to win draws for some very nice door prizes. Come out and see what is new in the fashion world for spring 2014.
“The fashions are so diverse in this show,” said MacIsaac. ” You really will find something to suit everyone! The clothing is well made, and flattering. Everything goes right now in fashion from bold prints to subtler feminine styles. A varied range of designers will be showcased including French Dressing and Simon Chang.”
