100 kilometre ride unites generations

Chase to Chu Chua in four days on horseback to attend the Simpcw Secwepemc Gathering

John and a number of other riders on the four- day trip stopped at three camps on the way overnight, eventually arriving at the Simpcw Secwepemc Gathering in Chu Chua, on Friday, Aug. 17.  They travelled along a route through the North Thompson that included the Heffley/Louis Creek Road, Dixon Road, Barriere Town Road, Barriere Lakes Road, and Dunn Lake Road.
