2 teen girls arrested after SkyTrain stabbings

A pair of teenaged girls were arrested after a series of stabbing incidents along the SkyTrain line last night.

Transit Police say the apparent rampage began outside the Gateway Station in Surrey on March 18, when a 14 and 15-year-old girl got in a fight with two other women before boarding the train to New Westminster, where they attacked another woman before proceeding to Vancouver.

At Joyce Station, a man was then attacked and suffered a small cut to his finger.

None of the victims were seriously injured.

The girls then allegedly ran from the station but were later arrested.
