Dixon Prince has spent his life in Fort St. James and there’s not a thing he doesn’t love about it.
“We’ve got everything here,” Prince said. “Great fishing in the summer and there’s lots of hockey.”
Prince certainly does enjoy all of the hockey the Fort has to offer and spending time at the local arena watching his grand kids skate around the ice on any given Family Skate night.
“Lots of kids call me Grandpa too,” Prince says with a wide smile.
Through the years, Prince worked in the bush and at a saw mill.
Today, he enjoys being employed at the local Petro Station.
“I meet so many people where I work,” Prince said.
“I love the people here. Everyone is so friendly.”
