Many were hopeful leading up to the draws for a pair of 2012 Harley Davidson bikes on Sept. 9 following the 25th annual West Kootenay Toy Run.
The ones wearing the biggest smiles were Dennis Costa (taking ownership of the “Blackline) and Joanne Fenner (pictured below on her “883 Iron”), both of Castlegar.
