A couple of Lake Country builders have been announced as a finalist for the 7th Annual Southern Interior Construction Association Commercial Building Awards Gala October 22 at the Coast Capri Hotel in Kelowna.
Arrowleaf Cellars and Cadence at the Lakes were both named as a finalist for the awards.
The event will honour the best in commercial and industrial construction throughout the region. Commercial and industrial properties from every corner of the Thompson, Okanagan and Kootenay regions are represented as finalists in the event.
The Awards, which annually draws the top developers, general contractors, realtors, contractors and business people to celebrate the best of the best from Kamloops to Fernie and Osoyoos to Golden”.

Business Examiner Thompson Okanagan has coordinated the Commercial Building Awards since its inception, and also produces similar programs throughout B.C., including Northern BC, the Fraser Valley and Vancouver Island.

Last year’s Judges’ Choice winner for best overall entry went to Southern Okanagan Secondary School of Oliver, which also took top spot in the Community Facilities category.
