Time is running out for free home energy upgrades.
B.C. Hydro is offering a free energy coaching session in an effort to make Hope area homes more energy efficient.
Through this energy management program, for a limited time, residents can receive energy saving modifications such as LED light bulbs, weather stripping, smart thermostats and low-flow shower heads, at no cost to homeowners. Businesses can take advantage of of outdoor lighting retrofits and operational maintenance.
Interested residents and businesses can book a free energy coaching session to get tips on how to reduce energy use; these sessions take place over the phone or via a virtual call.
