A list of Vanderhoof and Fort St. James cases in chronological order of hearing in law courts of the area

A list of Vanderhoof and Fort St. James cases that have a first appearance, or a trial scheduled or ended, in chronological order of hearing in law courts of the area:

Jasen Scott Rasmussen is found guilty of driving while driver’s license is suspended in Vanderhoof on Aug. 5. He is fined $500 and prohibited from driving for a year.

Codi Robert Stevenson is found guilty of possession of controlled substances in Vanderhoof on Aug. 8 last year. He received a probation order and conditional discharge for 12 months.

Danny Joshua Alexis is charged for assault causing bodily harm in Vanderhoof on July 30. He is issued a bench warrant for failing to appear in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Oct. 24.

Gordon Bosiak paid penalties prior to appearing in court for his charges on catch and retain more than daily quota as well as possessing species that cannot be readily determined.

Keith Barnes is found guilty of committing assault on Jan. 22 and uttering threats to cause bodily harm on June 27 in Vanderhoof. He received a probation order for 18 months and prohibited from firearms for five years.

Dexter Mitchell Felix is found guilty of uttering threats in Fort St. James on Sept. 15. He is jailed for 10 days, with a probation order for a year.

Dene Raymond Gauchier is found guilty of causing in another person fear of injury or damage in Vanderhoof on Dec. 21 last year. He is fined $500 with promise to be on good behaviour for a year.

Joseph Steve Patrick is found guilty of assault in Fraser Lake on Oct. 13. He is jailed for 10 days, with a probation order of a year.

Bonnie Lee Swanson is found guilty of assault in Vanderhoof on Nov. 28 last year. She is sentenced to a probation order and conditional discharged for 12 months.

Malcom John Calder is charged for uttering threats in Fraser Lake on July 22. He will be tried in Fraser Lake Provincial Court on May 1, 2017.

Shelly Lou Mary David is charged for assault in Vanderhoof on June 30. She will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on May 23, 2017.

Dixie Lee Haskell is charged for driving while prohibited from doing so in Vanderhoof on May 21. She will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on June 27, 2017.

Rowena Patrina Joseph is charged for assault in Vanderhoof on June 21. She will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on June 27, 2017.

George Alexander Morris is charged for driving while prohibited from doing so in Fraser Lake on July 10. He will be tried in Fraser Lake Provincial Court on Jan. 3, 2017.

Jackson James Quaw is charged for theft worth $5,000 or under in Vanderhoof on July 19. He will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Court on May 9, 2017.

Stanley John Thomas is charged for driving while driver’s licence is suspended in Vanderhoof on June 14. He will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on May 9, 2017.

Davison Wetzel is charged for assault, forcible confinement without lawful authority, mischief involving property worth $5,000 or under, and uttering threats to burn, destroy, or damage in Vanderhoof from June to August. He is also charged for uttering threats on Sept. 10. He will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on June 13, June 27, Aug. 15, and Aug. 29, 2017.
