Harvey Jerome Chingee is found guilty of breaching probation order in Vanderhoof on July 26.

David Neil Keoppel is charged for breaching probation order in Cluculz Lake on May 5 and in Vanderhoof on June 2. He is issued a bench warrant for failing to appear in court on Aug. 3.

Earl James Patrick is charged for carrying/using/threatening to use a weapon, wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer, mischief in obstructing the use/enjoyment of property, and causing in another person fear of injury/damage in Fraser Lake on June 18. He will appear in Prince George Law Courts on Aug. 9 to fix a court date.

Jake Toby Patrick is charged for assault and breaching probation order in Vanderhoof on July 31. He will next appear in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Aug. 23.

Jessica Mae Antoine is charged for theft of property valued at $5,000 or under on Aug. 2, and breaching probation order in Fort St. James on May 17 and July 8. She will next appear in Prince George Law Courts on Aug. 9 to fix a court date.

Ian Kenneth Berry is found guilty of committing assault in Fort St. James on Oct. 30 last year. He is on conditional discharge and probation order for a year.

Mary Katey Hanson is found guilty of uttering threats in Fort St. James on July 30 last year. She is on conditional discharge and probation order for a year.

Wilfred James Johnny is charged for bail violations in Takla Landing on Feb. 8. He is issued a bench warrant for failing to appear in court on Aug. 2.

Austin Brent Joseph is found guilty of uttering threats in Fort St. James on June 25 last year. He is sentenced to jail for five days and probation order for a year.

Joshua Lamar Sam is charged for impersonation with intent to avoid arrest in Fort St. James on Jan. 18. He is issued a bench warrant for failing to appear in court on Aug. 2.

Vernon Junior Tom is charged for failing to comply with his sentence in Fort St. James on Oct. 30 last year. He is issued a bench warrant for failing to appear in court on Aug. 2.
