In chronological order of Vanderhoof and Fort St. James cases heard in law courts of the area:

 

Darren William Gladue and Carly Holland Fonda are charged for wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer and four counts of possessing controlled substances in Fort St. James on Feb. 1. They will next appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court on July 18.

Dwayne Allen Gibbons is charged for breaching conditional sentence order and five counts of probation order breaches in Vanderhoof on June 4. On the same day, he is also charged for assault and wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer.

Gibbons is also charged with three counts of probation order breaches in Vanderhoof on March 14 and April 3. He will next appear in Vanderhoof Law Courts on June 14.

Charles Roger West is found guilty for assault in Takla Landing on Nov. 26. He is sentenced with one year of probation order.

Nicholas Norman John is charged with four counts of breaching probation order and wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer in Vanderhoof on May 28. He will next appear in Vanderhoof Law Courts on June 13.

Jacob Ingo Butler is charged with two counts of aggravated assault in Fraser Lake on March 23. Under the same file, Jordan Dominic Toulon is charged for wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer. They will next appear in Vanderhoof Law Courts on June 13.

Erica Michelle Solonas is found guilty for two counts of assault in Fort St. James on Nov. 23, 2014. She is sentenced to 12 months of probation order as well as a suspended sentence of 12 months.

Michael Everett Baynes is charged for driving while prohibited from doing so in Fort St. James on July 16, 2014, as well as three counts of failing to appear in court from March 12, 2015 to Jan. 18 this year. He is scheduled to next appear in Vanderhoof’s Law Courts on June 13.

Cindy Charlene Felix is charged for theft valued at over $5,000 in Fort St. James on March 3. She will next appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Sept. 20.

Jolynn Fay French is charged for causing disturbance in Takla Landing on June 9 last year. She will next appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Sept. 20.

Darnel Courtney George is charged with three counts of probation order breaches in Vanderhoof and Prince George on Jan. 15 and Feb. 2. She will next appear in Prince George Law Courts on Aug. 3.

Cody Brian Joseph is charged with three counts of probation order breaches on April 4 and bail violations on May 21 in Fort St. James. He is also charged for assault on April 4. He will next appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Nov. 3.

Ryan Ronnie Felix is found guilty for fraud valued at $5,000 or under, as well as breaking and entering to commit an indictable offence on Aug. 10 last year in Fort St. James. He is sentenced to 60 days of jail, two years of probation order, and a fine of $1,120.

Daniel James Johnny is found guilty for breaching probation order on May 29 and 30 in Fort St. James. He is sentenced to seven days of jail.

Burton Steven Joseph is charged for sexual assault on May 26 in Fort St. James. He will next appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court on June 20.

Mitchel James Joseph is charge with two counts of driving while prohibited from doing so on Dec. 19 last year in Fort St. James. He will next appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court on June 20.

An individual, whose identity is not released due to publication ban by court order, is found guilty for sexual interference of a person under 16 years of age in Tachie. He or she is sentenced to jail for 106 days, with an court-ordered prohibition for five years.

Ashley Regan Monk is charged for bail violations in Fort St. James on Dec. 31 last year. She will next appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court on July 18.

Theresa Arlene Morris is charged for causing unnecessary pain to an animal in Fort St. James on April 2. She will next appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court on July 18.

Joseph Steve Patrick is found guilty for breaching probation order on June 4 in Fraser Lake.  He is sentenced to 27 days in jail with 12 months of probation order.

Robin Alvin Prince is found guilty for breaching probation order on June 5 in Fort St. James. He is sentenced to 22 days in jail.

Chad Lewis James Roberts is found guilty for driving while prohibited from doing so in Fort St. James on Aug. 22, 2014, and failing to appear by court order on June 30 last year. He is sentenced to one year of prohibition from driving.

Shane Frank Thomas is found guilty of breaching probation order in Fort St. James on June 1. He is sentenced a year of probation order.

Rick Lee Alexis is charged with two counts of possession of firearms contrary to order and possessing a firearm without registration in Tachie on Jan. 4. He will next appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court on June 20.

Perry Andrew Charlie is charged for breaching probation order on May 20. He will next appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Aug. 15.

Hank Able John is charged with six counts of probation order breaches on April 2 and 21 in Fort St. James. He is also charged for assault causing bodily harm and robbery on April 21, as well as unlawful confinement on Dec. 1 last year. He will next appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court on June 20.

Vanessa Rose Joseph is charged for driving while prohibited from doing so in Fort St. James on March 7. She will next appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court on July 18.

Ernest Reid Trainor is charged for his failure or refusal to provide a breath sample for intoxication tests on March 5. He will next appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court on July 18.

Terry Robert Walter West is charged for assault with a weapon and possessing a weapon for dangerous purposes in Takla Landing on April 16. He will next appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court on July 18.
