Duncan Mason Larry is found guilty of unauthorized possession of firearms in Takla Landing on Dec. 17, 2014. He is conditionally discharged for a year, with a probation order for a year.
Wayne Kendall Erickson is found guilty of driving while prohibited or with license suspended in Fort St. James on July 8 last year. He was fined $500.
Darcy William Hunter is found guilty of sexual assault in Fort St. James on April 22 last year. He was jailed for three months, with a probation order of 18 months and a firearm prohibition of one year.
An individual, whose identity was withheld due to a court order, was charged for assault and uttering threats in Fort St. James. Court proceedings were stayed for his/her assault charges, and reasonable grounds were satisfied for the charge of uttering threats. This person received a fine of $500 and court-ordered conditions for one year.
Dean Mark Johnstone is found guilty of possession of restricted firearms with ammunition as well as possession of a weapon knowing that it’s unauthorized in Fort St. James and Prince George on Oct. 17, 2015. He received a conditional sentence of 11 months, and a firearm prohibition of 10 years.
David Ponte is found guilty of assault in Fraser Lake on March 27, 2016. Court proceedings were stayed for the charges of production of a controlled substance, attempting to choke to overcome resistance, forcible confinement without lawful authority and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm. He was jailed for 90 days, received a probation order for 18 months, and a firearms prohibition for five years.
Ronald James Sukkau is found guilty in Prince George court of operating motor vehicle while disqualified, driving while prohibited and breach of probation order in Vanderhoof on March 2, 2017. For the first two offences he was jailed for five days, received $800 in fines and an intermittent driving prohibition for two years. Court proceedings were stayed for Ronald James Sakkau’s charge of breach of probation order offence in Vanderhoof on March 2, 2017.
Craig Marcel Raphael is found guilty in Vanderhoof of bail conditions violations on July 11 and Aug. 24 last year. Court proceedings for these charges were stayed.
