Buy-Low store opens in Clearwater

Large crowd gathers to check out new grocery supermarket next to Highway 5

On the left is Buy-Low president Dan Bregg while to the right of the mayor is Sam Corea, director of retail operations. Behind Bregg and Toma are Ralph Sunderman (checked jacket) and Ken Kjenstad, former owners of Safety Mart, the new store’s predecessor.

Construction of the new store only began last spring.
